	Engineering - Initial Driveway Verifies location, layout, culvert size, and grade before driveway construction begins.	ROW Access/Driveway connects to county maintained road must be passed prior to scheduling.
	Engineering - Final Driveway Approves finished driveway, verifying pavement, culvert, drainage, mitered ends, and safety compliance.
