Code Enforcement Department

Code Enforcement is responsible for enforcing County Codes and Ordinances.

Code Enforcement responds to complaints involving County Code and Ordinances violations and works with the violator to correct the problem.

There are two ways to file a complaint.

This is only for Columbia County, Florida and does not include the City of Lake City.
All others will be discarded.

	File a complaint by calling Code Enforcement at (386) 758-1038
	Download and fill out a (PDF) Columbia County Code Enforcement Complaint Form and then print it and mail or email it.
