	Electrical - 1st Underground Rough–In Verifies conduit, wiring, and grounding prior to backfill. Ref: NEC Art. 300.5
	Plumbing/Gas - 1st Underground Rough–In Inspects drainage and water piping before backfill. Ref: FBC-P 312	Inspection was completed on 2026.02.16.
	Building - Monolithic Slab Inspects reinforcement, vapor barrier, termite treatment, and plumbing prior to pour. Ref: FBC 110.3(1)	Inspection was completed on 2026.02.18.
	Building - Framing Reviews structural framing, load paths, fire blocking, and MEP rough-ins prior to insulation. Ref: FBC 110.3(3)	Missing required documentation.
