Engineering - Initial Driveway
Verifies location, layout, culvert size, and grade before driveway construction begins. 		ROW Access/Driveway connects to county maintained road must be passed prior to scheduling.
City of Lake City Utilities - Lake City Utilities Tap Inspection
Conducted when required by the City to verify proper connection and availability of utility services. Ref: City of Lake City
Engineering - Final Driveway
Approves finished driveway, verifying pavement, culvert, drainage, mitered ends, and safety compliance. Ref: Columbia County LDR 4.2.3 		Initial Driveway must be passed prior to scheduling.Initial Driveway must be passed on a Right-of-Way Access/Driveway prior to scheduling.
Mobile Home - Mobile Home Set-Up Final
Final inspection of tie-downs, foundations, utilities, and safety before occupancy.
