Inspects reinforcement, vapor barrier, termite treatment, and plumbing prior to pour. Ref: FBC 110.3(1)
Electrical - 1st Underground Rough–In
Verifies conduit, wiring, and grounding prior to backfill. Ref: NEC Art. 300.5
Plumbing/Gas - 1st Underground Rough–In
Inspects drainage and water piping before backfill. Ref: FBC-P 312
Building - Wall Sheathing
Confirms nail/screw spacing and panel installation per plans. Ref: FBC 110.3(3) 		Missing required documentation.
Building - Roof Decking
Checks roof sheathing attachment and fastener pattern per FBC wind zones. Ref: FBC 110.3(3) 		Missing required documentation.
Building - Framing
Reviews structural framing, load paths, fire blocking, and MEP rough-ins prior to insulation. Ref: FBC 110.3(3) 		Missing required documentation.
Building - Window Attachment
Verifies fastening of windows/doors for impact and wind load compliance. Ref: FBCR 609 		Missing required documentation.
Building - Lath/Stucco
Checks stucco lath, weep screeds, and moisture barriers before application. Ref: FBC 110.3 		Missing required documentation.
Mechanical - Rough In
Checks ductwork, equipment location, and condensate before covering. Ref: FBC-M 603 		Missing required documentation.
Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Plumbing/Gas - 2nd Rough-In
Reviews piping, venting, and fixtures before wall close. Ref: FBC-P 312 		Missing required documentation.
Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Electrical - 2nd Rough-In
Checks wiring, panel placement, and boxes before cover-up. Ref: NEC Art. 110.3 		Missing required documentation.
Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Plumbing/Gas - Tub Set/Shower Pan
Verifies water-tightness and slope before tile. Ref: FBC-P 312.9 		Missing required documentation.
Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Building - Insulation
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5 		Missing required documentation.
Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Electrical - Permanent Power
Releases power once service equipment is complete and safe. Ref: NEC Art. 230 		Missing required documentation.
Building - Final
Ensures structure is complete, safe, and code-compliant before Certificate of Occupancy. Ref: FBC 110.5 		Assessment is owed.
City of Lake City Utilities - Lake City Utilities Tap Inspection
Conducted when required by the City to verify proper connection and availability of utility services. Ref: City of Lake City
