Fire - Fire Rated Wall
Confirms rated wall assemblies meet fire-resistance standards. Ref: FBC 703 		Inspection was completed on 2025.09.23.
Plumbing/Gas - 2nd Rough-In
Reviews piping, venting, and fixtures before wall close. Ref: FBC-P 312 		Inspection was completed on 2025.10.02.
Electrical - 2nd Rough-In
Checks wiring, panel placement, and boxes before cover-up. Ref: NEC Art. 110.3 		Inspection was completed on 2025.10.02.
Mechanical - Rough In
Checks ductwork, equipment location, and condensate before covering. Ref: FBC-M 603
Electrical - Above Ceiling
Inspects conduit, junctions, and wiring above ceilings before close-up. Ref: NEC Art. 300.11
Building - Insulation
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5 		Inspection was completed on 2025.09.18.
Electrical - Permanent Power
Releases power once service equipment is complete and safe. Ref: NEC Art. 230
Building - Final
Ensures structure is complete, safe, and code-compliant before Certificate of Occupancy. Ref: FBC 110.5
Fire - Fire Final
Full review of fire systems before occupancy. Ref: FBC 907
Engineering - Zoning Final
Ensures all zoning-related site requirements (buffers, landscaping, setbacks, parking) are satisfied before CO. Columbia County LDR
