Checks that legal and physical access connects properly to a county road and meets design standards. Ref: Columbia County LDR 4.2.3 		Inspection was completed on 2025.03.13.

Engineering - Verify Easement Requirements
Ensures proposed improvements don’t encroach into required easements for drainage, utilities, or access. Columbia County LDR 		This is an internal inspection and cannot be requested.
Engineering - Verify existing driveway
Confirms an existing driveway meets current county standards before approving new work. Columbia County LDR 		This is an internal inspection and cannot be requested.
Engineering - Initial Driveway
Verifies location, layout, culvert size, and grade before driveway construction begins. 		Inspection was completed on 2025.03.26.
Engineering - Final Driveway
Approves finished driveway, verifying pavement, culvert, drainage, mitered ends, and safety compliance. Ref: Columbia County LDR 4.2.3
