THE WATER AND GAS METERS WERE REMOVED ON 05/13/22 TO ACCOMMODATE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING HOME. THE SEWER TAP WAS LOCATED ON 05/13/22 AS WELL. LAKE CITY ZONING NOTES THE ZONING FOR THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A MOBILE HOME. IF THIS IS A NEW HOME ON A VACANT LOT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE RE-ZONED. IF IT IS A REPLACEMENT FOR AN EXITING MOBILE HOME THEN ONE CAN BE PUT BACK THERE AS LONG AS IT IS DONE WITH IN 6 MONTHS OF THE OLD ONE BEING REMOVED. HAVE THEY PAID UP THEIR UTILITY BILL DILINQUANT. ALSO THEY NEED A DEMO PERMIT FOR EXISTING HOME.
