LAKE CITY UTLITY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTES
THE CITY OF LAKE CITY PROVIDES WATER, SEWER AND NATURAL GAS TO THIS LOCATION. THE WATER AND GAS METERS WERE REMOVED ON 05/13/22 TO ACCOMMODATE DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING HOME. THE SEWER TAP WAS LOCATED ON 05/13/22 AS WELL. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CUT AND CAP THE SEWER PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. I ADVISED BRODY PACK THAT HE WILL NEED TO CALL ONCE A DATE IS SET FOR THE MOBILE HOME INSTALLATION SO WE MAY SCHEDULE FOR THE UTILITY INSTALLATION. THE CONTRACTOR MUST CALL SUNSHINE811 FOR LOCATES TO ENSURE THAT THE UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE IS NOT DAMAGED OR OBSTRUCTED.

THE ZONING FOR THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR A MOBILE HOME. IF THIS IS A NEW HOME ON A VACANT LOT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE RE-ZONED. IF IT IS A REPLACEMENT FOR AN EXITING MOBILE HOME THEN ONE CAN BE PUT BACK THERE AS LONG AS IT IS DONE WITH IN 6 MONTHS OF THE OLD ONE BEING REMOVED. HAVE THEY PAID UP THEIR UTILITY BILL DILINQUANT. ALSO THEY NEED A DEMO PERMIT FOR EXISTING HOME.
