Checks wiring, panel placement, and boxes before cover-up. Ref: NEC Art. 110.3
Inspects conduit, junctions, and wiring above ceilings before close-up. Ref: NEC Art. 300.11
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5
Ensures driveway construction complies with Florida Department of Transportation standards when accessing a state-maintained road. Ref: FDOT Standard Index, Columbia County LDR 4.2.3
Releases power once service equipment is complete and safe. Ref: NEC Art. 230
Ensures structure is complete, safe, and code-compliant before Certificate of Occupancy. Ref: FBC 110.5 Assessment is owed.
Full review of fire systems before occupancy. Ref: FBC 907
Ensures all zoning-related site requirements (buffers, landscaping, setbacks, parking) are satisfied before CO. Columbia County LDR Assessment is owed.
