Reviews structural framing, load paths, fire blocking, and MEP rough-ins prior to insulation. Ref: FBC 110.3(3)
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5
Checks stucco lath, weep screeds, and moisture barriers before application. Ref: FBC 110.3
Ensures lintel/tie beam reinforcing steel and anchorage are correct before pour. Ref: FBC 110.3
