STATED THE ALREADY POURED SLAB'S FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION IS 104.00', WHICH IS SUFFICIENT TO PROTECT THE STRUCTURE AGAINST WATER DAMAGE FROM A BASE FLOOD EVENT AND THE SITE WILL BE GRADED TO CHANNEL DIRECT PRECIPITATION RUNOFF FROM THE HOME AND TO THE STREET. RECIEVED BOTH - SURVEYOR CONFIRMATION LETTER STATING FINISHED FLOOR IS AT 104.05' AND ENGINEERS LETTER STATING THAT 104.05' WILL MEET ARTICLE 8 AND THE SITE HAS BEEN GRADED TO DIRECT RUNOFF AWAY FROM THE HOME WITH A SWALE CONSTRUCTED ON THE NE SIDE TO DIRECT RUNOFF TO PINEHURST DRIVE.
