While The Site Passed Final Engineering Inspection, It Is Highly Recommended That The Applicant Utilized Some Form Of Gravel Or Rock To Stabilize The Driveway Areas. The Driveway Has Some Ruts Due To Excessive Rain. Further, Construction Was Approved Based Upon A Special Exception For Agricultural Equipment Sales. Only A Use Of The Exact Nature Is Permissible. Any And All Other Uses Will Have To Be Examined For Compliance With The Agriculture-3 ("a-3") Zone District And May Require Special Exception Approval. |
