Re-roofing | No structural modification | A standard tear-off and proper disposal of one to two layers of existing asphalt shingles. Once the deck is cleared, will inspect the structural sheathing and furnish and install new OSB (Oriented Strand Board) decking where applicable to replace any damaged or rotted sections. To prepare the repaired deck for the final roof system, a premium synthetic underlayment will be mechanically attached, and a protective ice and water shield will be installed where applicable. The structural repairs and preparation will be finalized by properly venting the roof to ensure code compliance. |
