01/30/26 The City of Lake City provides water to this location. A utility account must be established to access water. Please contact Tapscs@lcfla.com for assistance. Your plumber will need to contact Growth Management to submit a utility connection permit. Permit technicians can assist you with any questions you may have about the permitting process. Once the plumbing is connected to the water meter, a city utility inspector must inspect the connection before covering the connection points. Please call to schedule an inspection and initial turn-on appointment. If the request is received before 1 pm, the appointment can be made for the same day. Any requests received after 1 pm would be scheduled for the next business day. Locates must be obtained to ensure that the existing utility infrastructure is not damaged or obstructed.
