The permit technicians can assist you with any questions you may have regarding the permitting process. Once the plumbing is connected to the water meter and sewer tap, a city utility inspector must inspect the connection before covering the connection points. Please call to schedule an appointment for the inspection and initial turn-on. If the request is received before 1 pm, the appointment can be made for the same day. Any requests received after 1 pm would be scheduled for the next business day. Locates must be obtained to ensure that the existing utility infrastructure is not damaged or obstructed.
