12/03/25 The City of Lake City provides water to this location. A utility account must be established to access water. Please contact Tapscs@lcfla.com for assistance. Your plumber will need to contact Growth Management to submit a utility connection permit. The permit technicians can assist you with any questions you may have regarding the permitting process. Once the plumbing is connected to the water meter and sewer tap, a city utility inspector must inspect the connection before covering the connection points. Please call to schedule an appointment for the inspection and initial turn-on. If the request is received before 1 pm, the appointment can be made for the same day. Any requests received after 1 pm would be scheduled for the next business day. Locates must be obtained to ensure that the existing utility infrastructure is not damaged or obstructed.
