LAKE CITY UTLITY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTES 04/16/25 The City of Lake City's Utility Director approved a tap application for water and sewer services. A Utility Connection Permit must be obtained through the City of Lake City's Growth Management Department. The owner will need to visit the City of Lake City's Customer Service Department to establish the utility account. A utility connection permit will have to be obtained through the City of Lake City's Growth Management Department before access to utilities will be available. Locates must be obtained to ensure that the existing utility infrastructure is not damaged or obstructed.
