Install 1.25" EPS Flute Fill Insulation in between the flutes of the existing metal roof system, mechanically fasten one layer of 1.0" flat ISO insulation through the existing metal roof system with fasteners and rhinobond plates. Install wood blocking at gutter edge to capture new insulation, bond 60mil TPO directly to the rhinobond plates below using induction welding. Flash all roof penetrations such as plumbing VTR’s, and curbs. Install ¼” DensDeck roof board over the vertical wall panels.
TPO base flashings at all walls and curbs. (Base flashings at parapet walls will extend up and over.)
