Notes:
IT'S AN EXISTING WOODS ROAD THAT'S BEEN THERE SINCE I'VE OWNED THE PROPERTY AND IS ONLY USED TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY FOR MANAGEMENT AND HUNTING PURPOSES ONLY.. THE DITCHES ON COUNTY GRADE HAVE BEEN PULLED DEEPER DUE TO EXTREMELY WET CONDITIONS IN RECENT YEARS MAKING THE GATE IMPASSABLE. PLANS ARE TO INSTALL A CULVERT BECAUSE THE DITCH GETS PULLED TOO DEEP TO ALLOW VEHICLES TO USE THE GATE. SOMEONE WITH THE COUNTY ROAD DEPARTMENT HAS ALREADY LOOKED AT IT. THE GATE IS USED LESS THAN ONCE A WEEK.
