1. Remove all gutters and downspouts from the front and back of the building, and dispose of all debris.
2. Remove all field and lap screws as needed from the eaves of the building.
3. Install new PBR panel inside foam closure along the eaves on the front and rear of the building.
4. Install new field and lap screws as needed along the eaves to re-secure existing PBR roof panels.
5. Remove and replace any rusted or damaged roof fasteners found to prevent future leaks.
6. Caulk and seal small hole observed in the roof deck.
