UPON REVIEW, THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED SITE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN. FURTHER, PROPOSED ADDITION VIA PERMIT APPLICATION NUMBER 50241 HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED VIA SITE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN. SITE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION FOR BUILDING PERMIT IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND VIOLATES ADA REQUIREMENTS FOR HANDICAP PARKING AND ACCESS. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL SITE CONSTRUCTION CEASE UNTIL A SITE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN IS SUBMITTED AND APPROVED. OTHERIWSE, APPLICANT MAY BE LIABLE FOR REMOVAL OF NEWLY INSTALLED ASPHALT OR IMPERVIOUS SURFACING, ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING, AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION RELATED COSTS.
