Checks ductwork, equipment location, and condensate before covering. Ref: FBC-M 603 Inspection was completed on 2026.05.04.
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5
Releases power once service equipment is complete and safe. Ref: NEC Art. 230
Conducted when required by the City to verify proper connection and availability of utility services. Ref: City of Lake City
Ensures structure is complete, safe, and code-compliant before Certificate of Occupancy. Ref: FBC 110.5
