Checks wiring, panel placement, and boxes before cover-up. Ref: NEC Art. 110.3
Checks ductwork, equipment location, and condensate before covering. Ref: FBC-M 603
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5
Releases power once service equipment is complete and safe. Ref: NEC Art. 230
Full review of fire systems before occupancy. Ref: FBC 907
Ensures all zoning-related site requirements (buffers, landscaping, setbacks, parking) are satisfied before CO. Columbia County LDR
