Verifies conduit, wiring, and grounding prior to backfill. Ref: NEC Art. 300.5
Inspects drainage and water piping before backfill. Ref: FBC-P 312 Inspection was completed on 2025.11.04.
Confirms nail/screw spacing and panel installation per plans. Ref: FBC 110.3(3)
Reviews structural framing, load paths, fire blocking, and MEP rough-ins prior to insulation. Ref: FBC 110.3(3)
Verifies fastening of windows/doors for impact and wind load compliance. Ref: FBCR 609
Reviews piping, venting, and fixtures before wall close. Ref: FBC-P 312 Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Verifies water-tightness and slope before tile. Ref: FBC-P 312.9
Checks ductwork, equipment location, and condensate before covering. Ref: FBC-M 603 Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Checks wiring, panel placement, and boxes before cover-up. Ref: NEC Art. 110.3 Framing must be passed prior to scheduling.
Verifies insulation type, R-value, and installation before drywall. Ref: FBC Energy C101.5
Releases power once service equipment is complete and safe. Ref: NEC Art. 230
Ensures structure is complete, safe, and code-compliant before Certificate of Occupancy. Ref: FBC 110.5 Assessment is owed.
